Designing at the Dawn of the Internet
Servo's designers were experts at Web site development when most others were still scratching their heads and beating their monitors with leg-bones. Since 1994, we've been helping clients reach their goals in all aspects of Web site marketing:
Your Web Site Should Solve Your Customers' Needs, Not Yours
Too often, Web site development is approached from the company's perspective. Information is structured to mirror an internal process, rather than a customer's thought process. Only afterward—and usually too late—is an attempt made to "shoe-horn" the user's perspective into the site.
Cookie Cutters Belong in Kitchens
Customers come to your Web site because they need information and/or want to make a purchase. And just as your customers' set of needs is unique, your Web site must be unique.
That's why we have no cookie-cutter approaches to building Web sites. At every step of the design process, we ask: Are we addressing your customers' needs? Are we thinking like they do?
While a user's needs must be balanced with internal operations, frustrated customers know that they're just a click away from the competition.
